Dear guests, with special prices for the month of June, relax in our holiday home, which is located just 10 meters from the sea. There you can swim or walk along the beautiful promenade along the sea to a larger pebble beach about 30 meters from the house. Next to the house there is a beautifully landscaped park with benches for sitting and resting. Nearby (about 20-50 meters) there is a restaurant, pizzeria, a small playground for children and a supermarket. The house has a kitchen (stove with oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator) with a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed (bed for two) and cable TV, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a 140x200 bed. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed, and the other with two 90x200 beds), a bathroom with a washing machine and a terrace with a seating area, from which there is a view of the sea, the city of Zadar, and the nearby islands. WiFi is free throughout the property, and parking is available on the public area.

Payment for accommodation is made upon arrival, and we ask for an advance payment in the amount of 15% of the total price in advance or by agreement. Rocky beach Our place Poljana is connected to Preko, which is also the largest place on the island, by a beautiful promenade along the sea, with many small pebble or rocky beaches. You can get there in about 10-15 min. walk, where numerous restaurants, pizzerias, entertainment for children and young people await you. Live concerts and local Dalmatian festivals are often organized. Here you can also enjoy the large sandy beach with activities for children and young people, and boat trips or bike rentals can be organized. Preko also has a clinic, emergency room, pharmacy, post office, bank, gas station... The ferry departs from the ferry port of Gaženica in Zadar, and docks at the ferry port of Preko. I was honored to be a guest of Maji and Mary. I was with a child with special needs and partner. This place is ideal for all ages, especially for families, the elderly as well as for people with special needs. We live in a hectic time where we have less and less time - for ourselves and for others, which naturally ruins and destroys our health.
