Holiday home in Pomer, a small village near Medulin. The house is surrounded by greenery, garden is big 600m, has two parking spaces, grill, terrace, garden furniture. It is 300 m from the sea and 500 meters from the beach. The house is a large 143 m2, has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms. In Pomer we have a tennis court, a playground for football, handball, basketball, park for children, surf center, diving center, fitness park. The place is located by the sea, surrounded by pine trees. In the off season we offer the possibility to rent only part of the house as a studio apartment for two people, and we adjust the price.
