Appointment reservation is confirmed by advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total rental price. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival at the facility or at the latest on the first day of stay, as agreed with the owner. The advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed. Arrival time (check-in): from 2:00 p.m. Departure time (check-out): until 10:00 a.m. Arrival and departure outside the stated times are possible with prior agreement, depending on availability and cleaning schedule. The facility is rented neat and fully equipped, and guests are obliged to return it in the same condition. House rules and additional information are available to guests upon arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 14 days before arrival, the advance payment is returned in full. For cancellation within 14 days before arrival, the deposit is not returned. In case of non-arrival or early departure, refund of the paid amount is not possible.
