The wonderful view that stretches allows you to enjoy beautiful sunrises, which is what the house got its name from. Sunrise Hill is categorized with 4* and provides comfortable accommodation for 8 people, and is primarily oriented towards families with children. It is perfect for a quiet vacation or socializing, but also for recreation and sports. In addition to the landscaped garden, which offers a large swimming pool with a shower and a covered and open terrace, a barbecue, a play house, parking, the house is decorated with a meticulously decorated interior dominated by wood and bright and calming tones. The house consists of a ground floor with a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, a children's playroom with table football, a PS 4 game console and board games, and a spacious terrace that invites you to rest and socialize. There are three bedrooms on the first floor of the house.

Payment and terms

Advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total amount is made to the transaction account and the payment itself is also confirmation of the reservation. The remaining part is paid upon arrival to the transaction account or in cash. Arrival from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 10:00 a.m. We are always open to an agreement if we do not have new guests immediately before or after. Tourist tax is included in the price.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

Reservation cancellation conditions: • For non-arrival (without prior cancellation) at the reserved time, the owner of the facility retains the advance payment - 30% of the total reservation amount. • For cancellation of the reservation 21 or more days before the agreed vacation date, guests have the right to use the advance payment for another free date of their choice. It is possible to change the appointment twice under this condition of appointment cancellation, after which the guest loses the right to the refund of the advance payment and the possibility of using it. • If there is a "force majeure" or a major malfunction, i.e. conditions in the accommodation facility that are not satisfactory for the guests' stay, the owner of the facility can cancel the reservation with a detailed explanation to the guest and allow the guest to choose any alternative free date with a corresponding discount of 10% on the entire initially agreed amount of the reservation.

Sunrise Hill is located about fifty km from Zagreb and 1.5 km from the center of Pregrada. There is also an infrared sauna inside the house and on the outside covered terrace and a jacuzzi which is in operation from 01.10. until 30.04. (outside the season of using the outdoor pool). And for the youngest, there is a richly equipped children's playroom (billiards, table football, darts, board games, PS4, crayons and drawing blocks...)
