When booking, a 20% deposit is required to be paid to the host, and the rest of the amount upon arrival at the facility. Arrival at the apartments is after 3 pm, and departure by 10 am. The prices listed in the price list for the 4+1 apartment apply to a maximum of 4 people, and for the 5th person an additional €15 per day is charged.
Residential tax is included in price.- 100% refund of advance payment in case of cancellation 60 days or more, - 50% from 60 to 30 days, - in less than 30 days without refund of advance payment.

We spent over a week in Preko. The apartments are spacious, clean, and have everything you need. The beach is nearby, as is a supermarket. I highly recommend it!

We have been using the accommodation for several years, therefore the rating is 5/5. Excellent kitchen equipment, cleanliness, bed linen change for longer stays, great sitting outside on the terrace. Close to the beach, beach volleyball court, workout court, natural shade. Ideal for families with children - Jaz beach is sandy with free entry. Blue flag.
