Loza Blue is a new modern apartment with a sea view, on the very edge of the island of Premuda, in Dalmatia. With its beautiful and untouched nature and cheerful and friendly locals, you will love this place as soon as you set foot on the island. Looking towards the sea, you can also notice the old ferry port of Loza, after which our property was named, just 250 m or a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Walking through the "center" of the island, you will come across the nearest supermarket (100 m), the church of St. James (200 m) and the post office (300 m). On the opposite side of the island, just 1 km or a 15-minute walk away, is the new ferry port of Krijal, which contains several public beaches, two restaurants, a supermarket and the church of St. Kirijak. The island of Premuda is home to less than 100 permanent residents, most of them retirees, and a smaller number of them are engaged in fishing, agriculture and tourism. The locals on the island have maintained the same way of life for centuries, keeping traffic to a minimum, making this place the perfect destination for those seeking a peaceful, isolated, and quiet vacation.

The reservation is made by paying an advance of 20% of the total price of the stay to a bank account, and is considered valid from the moment of receipt to the account of the property owner. Payment for the apartment can be made by bank transfer or in person, in cash. Payment is made immediately upon arrival at the apartment. The arrival time depends on the sailing schedule of the ship you are arriving on, and the standard departure time is 10 am, although in some cases we can be flexible depending on the availability of the apartment. The minimum length of stay is 4 nights. The ship lines that sail into the port of Krijal are the catamaran TP Line (tp-line.hr) and the ferry Jadrolinija (jadrolinija.hr). Please check the sailing schedule before booking and buy your tickets on time. Smoking, pets, and large parties are not allowed in the apartment.

Booking confirmation document upon reservationIn case of cancellation of the reservation 30 days or more from the date of arrival, the cancellation is free of charge and the advance payment is returned to the guest. In case of cancellation within those 30 days, the advance payment is not returned. In case of a shorter stay in the apartment than agreed, the total amount of the reservation is paid.

Rocky beach The 45 m² one-bedroom apartment is suitable for couples, families or any other group of 2-4 people, with the possibility of an extra double bed or a baby cot on request. The property includes two private parking spaces and a ground-floor terrace facing east and west, allowing you to enjoy sunny mornings and coffee outdoors, as well as pleasant sunsets and evenings in an intimate atmosphere. The interior of the apartment is newly equipped with all the appliances you might need during your stay, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, portable oven, iron, hairdryer and much more. The bedroom, with a comfortable new king-size bed, has a glass wall that allows you to enjoy the view even from the bed, but also complete privacy by drawing the curtains. The bathroom includes a double sink, toilet, bidet and a spacious walk-in shower.

Newly renovated, new, welcoming, and well-maintained apartment. The host is friendly and helpful. The apartment is located at the top of the island and from the house you can have a wonderful view of the sea. A perfect home for those who want to enjoy their holidays on a quiet island with a breathtaking view.

I traveled with my husband and our two children to Premuda. The island is beautiful — the perfect spot to relax while kids and teenagers enjoy themselves in a fun, safe environment. We spent two nights in the apartment. Its cozy, modern design, along with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay, made this one of our best vacations. It offers separate spaces, plenty of storage, brand-new furniture and utensils, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located on a hill, it offers the best views and is close to the island’s main attractions. We’ll be back soon! No doubt this is the place where we have everything we need.
