The holiday home is located near the sea with a beautiful view of the open sea. Ideal for a vacation and a break from the busy lifestyle. A few minutes walk to the main beach, about 200 meters from the shop, the same distance from the restaurant and the main port where the catamaran and ferry dock. Everything is close, and yet the house is located in a quiet place and a bit secluded because the last house to the end of the island is only 50 meters from the sea. The property is independent, a house where you are alone (neighbors are only on one side, and on the other there is no one to the end of the island), has two rooms, one is a bedroom with two separate beds, the second room has a bed for two people. The house has a living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower. There are also two terraces with a view of the sea. One large with a table for several people, and the second terrace that you can directly access from the house. The house area is 38 square meters, a covered terrace of 14 square meters, a terrace directly in front of the entrance to the house with a view of the sea and the open sea... The island can be reached from Lošinj and Zadar (jadrolinija.hr). Parking is free.

Payment in cash upon arrival at the facility. The facility on Premuda can be reached by car with the ferry from Zadar (Gaženica luka) or from Mali Lošinj, and the ferry company Jadrolinija (www.jadrolinija.hr) operates on both lines. From Zadar, you can get there every day by fast catamaran Kalelarga of the company TP Line on Premud (www.tp-line.hr). Tickets for both Jadrolinija and TP Line can be purchased online on their websites.

Rocky beach The price includes bed linen, towels, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, mosquito repellents. Free parking 150 meters from the house. Drinking water can be purchased or, by arrangement, we deliver 7-liter bottles to the property. There is also a toaster, microwave, hot air fryer, cold water machine, espresso machine, kettle, electric grill and all the equipment needed for preparing food, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer. Mosquito repellents are also available. We help carry things from the parking lot to the holiday home, fifty meters away. We are available to guests 24 hours a day. Drinking water can be purchased, 7-liter bottles can be delivered from the store (3 euros). There is also a water cooler with a 7-liter bottle capacity at your disposal. Unlimited WiFi is available for a one-time fee of 20 euros.
