Payment and terms

Payment by cash or by transfer to a bank account. Deposit 30 percent of the rent (minimum 50 euros), returns or reduced by that amount account for the final payment for accommodation. In case of cancellation 60 days before arrival returns the full amount of the advance. In case of cancellation 30 to 60 days from the date of the arrival of half the amount of the advance payment, cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival deposit is not refundable.
