Our experience with this accommodation was quite disappointing, mostly due to the host's behavior, which was extremely unhelpful, unapproachable, and inhospitable. Unfortunately, this greatly spoiled the overall impression of our stay. When booking, it was not stated anywhere that there was a restaurant in the same house, which is important to note because it affected privacy and peace. Upon arrival, we discovered that our reservation was not registered correctly, so we found someone in our apartment. The host quickly found us alternative accommodation, which was extremely outdated and uncomfortable, literally with elements from the former state. The parking lot, which is advertised as secured, is actually shared with the restaurant's guests, and the entrance and stairs are shared, which means we shared part of the space with the restaurant's visitors. The terrace, which was supposed to be separate, was not physically separated, so guests freely passed through our part. The restaurant is open until late at night, which disturbed the peace and relaxation. The refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working, and the faucet in the kitchen needed to be fixed because it turned in both directions when used. Although the location itself was convenient, all these situations and the host's behavior made the stay unpleasant and we would not book again.
The apartment is great. In a great location, with a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. It is in a quiet place, which is great for a relaxing holiday. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. The apartment is big enough for two people, it is clean and tidy. There is a very large barbecue in the back. The beach is very close, just across the road. There is also a pizzeria next door for a great dinner with a view of the sunset. We were very satisfied with the apartment for the second time and would be happy to return.
