The owner gave us broken chairs for the apartment. We didn't know about it. When he sat on one, it tipped over and broke the backrest. He replaced the lock on our door and demanded we pay him €100 or he wouldn't let us in. The first time I called him to try to explain the situation, he kept cursing and shouting.
