To secure your reservation, an advance payment is required. For reservations in June and September, the advance is 25%, and for reservations in July and August, the advance is 20% of the total price. You pay the rest of the amount upon arrival. Check-in to the apartments is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is until 10:00 a.m.

The house is located in an ideal place, close to everything, to the beach and to the center of 3 minutes, many shops in the area, a post office and a pharmacy, a road and a bus stop around the corner, which is not a nuisance. This is our second stay in the same house. That probably says a lot. Rooms clean and exactly the same as in the pictures. Very close to ... everything: shop, beach, attractions, promenade, old town, harbor. Owners very nice and helpful. Stay without any problems. I heartily recommend the apartment and Primosten.

The owner is very kind and helpful, he speaks english and he answers the emails - you can get along. Almost invisible. House located in the center. To the sea a few steps, close to the shop, bakery, souvenirs. Primosten is a beautiful little town. Large, long beach with small pebbles, old town, harbor, playground. Good starting point for waterfalls Krka, Split, Trogir, Šibenik. We were with children September 2017. I recommend for 100%

The apartment is very nicely furnished, spacious, clean and tidy. Each apartment has a washing machine. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. In the vicinity (max 10 min walk) there are several different beaches, restaurants, shops. Parking is in front of the apartment, safe and always guaranteed. Our only problem was the creaking bed.

With my family we spent a holiday here in July 2017. Apartment Villa Lekaj is a modern house, clean and fully equipped. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Super location close to shops, sea and downtown. Primošten is a beautiful city. Next year, we are going to Primošten again and we will make a living in this apartment. We strongly recommend.

Everything clean, modern and beautiful. Romantic paintings on the walls. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful dining table and chairs. Ideal for families with small children, no stairs. Large TV, French doors with outdoor seating. Clothes dryer, washing machine, all very OK. Pleasant privacy, no noise. Owners are nice. The surroundings are beautiful, the beach is just a short walk away. We were very happy with our husbands and our 3 year old son. Wide beaches, clean sea, hot 25 °, freshwater pool and children\'s playground at Zora Hotel in Pine Grove. Good ice cream, a fruit and vegetable market and a good bakery. We dived in the water, we saw large flocks of sardines and other fish, even squid. Beautiful rocks and cliffs in the historic part of town. I really liked the place !

The apartments are located in an ideal location because everywhere close (2 long beaches, shops, tourist information, petrol station, exchange office, pharmacy, bakery, meat) and not at the boardwalk, so there is silence in the evenings. Rooms clean, well furnished with nice furniture, large beds, lots of lockers, balokons, in the bathroom even a washer. Parking in front of the building. Of course I recommend Primosten, the beaches are very long around the headland, so even though there are plenty of people, everyone will find enough beach space for themselves. Apartments are recommended.
