We offer a newly decorated and fully equipped apartment in the beautiful, cozy Gršćica bay surrounded by pine forests and the sea. The apartment is on the ground floor and first floor of a family house, first row to the sea 7 m, below the house is a concrete beach and across the street is a public beach with a large slide. Parking is 80 m from the house on a public area free of charge in the center of the bay. The town of Korčula or small Dubrovnik is 30 minutes away by car, Vela Luka 15 minutes. Blato 10 minutes. The large pebble beach on Prižba 5 minutes. Various facilities are within easy reach (sports activities, sailing schools, diving, boat rentals, scooters, excursions, cultural events and historical sites, churches, shrines. Come and enjoy!

The apartment rental is paid on account, or in cash on the day of arrival. The advance payment is 30% of the total price of the apartment and is paid on account. Arrival time is after 3pm, and departure time is until 10am.

We recommend this apartment to everyone! We enjoyed every morning drinking coffee on the most beautiful terrace (with a view of the sea and a small bay). The sea is just a few steps away. The apartment is modern, very neat and clean. It is equipped with all possible appliances. I must definitely praise the decoration of the apartment. Mrs. Slavica welcomed us and delighted us with homemade apple pie and much more (homemade liqueur, all kinds of coffee, wine, water, juice, fruit and many other things in the fridge). It is clear that the host cares about his guests. If you like small, quiet places and great hosts, then this is the right place for you. Thank you again for your hospitality. We enjoyed every day. Our stay in this apartment was simply perfect. It is located in a beautiful, small bay that provides a real vacation for the soul and body. The accommodation is extremely clean, tidy, spacious and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. However, what completely delighted us was the incredible hospitality of our host. Upon arrival, we were speechless... we were greeted by a refrigerator full of homemade treats, cold drinks and wonderful fresh cakes. Such a level of attention, warmth and care for guests is rarely experienced. The host was available to us for everything we needed throughout our stay, giving us the feeling that we were truly welcome. Morning coffee with the sound of the sea and evenings in the silence of this magical bay will remain in our most beautiful memories. A warm recommendation to everyone looking for the perfect summer vacation on Korčula... and we... will definitely be back!

Greetings, we spent our vacation in the aforementioned apartment. We haven't been in an apartment like this for a long time. We were greeted by an infinitely clean and maximally equipped apartment. The landlady is very helpful and friendly. The apartment has all the little things as if we were at home. And as for the decoration, it is decorated with great taste. It is beautiful. When we arrived, we were greeted by nice things in the fridge. The apartment is 20 steps away from the beach. I was enchanted by the terrace, from which I watched my daughter and enjoyed a coffee. Definitely an apartment to recommend.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet little street of a small settlement in a small port. Extremely nicely decorated with a lot of taste for space and details of interior equipment and usability... fully equipped with all modern living equipment and beautiful decoration. For all who know how to appreciate the harmony of space and atmosphere. (I think it more than deserves to be kept as our own home, because it could easily really feel like this.) The apartment is a completely renovated architecture, so you should also count on the stairs, which you need to overcome to the kitchen, living room, small bedroom and a very pleasant terrace with a comfortable sofa, shade and a view of the harbor with boats and the horizon of the open sea. And Mrs. Slavka, in addition, adds hospitable attention to her guests (we did not forget the excellent traditional pastries in the refrigerator...)
