Payment and terms
The reservation confirmation is obtained when the advance payment (about 10% - 20% of the total amount) is registered. The rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Arrival after 2 p.m. (can be earlier, if previous guests leave earlier) Departure by 10 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
If the apartment is canceled 30 days before arrival, we will refund the advance payment. The advance payment can also be returned in some other cases.
