Within the building on the ground floor there is a reception where guests can get any information related to their stay and even services. Guests can relax at the reception with a cup of coffee to start their stay. Parking space is located within the building. We rested from the beginning to the middle of June 2026 in apartment 401, 2 adults and 3 children. The villa is very beautiful, well-groomed, convenient and comfortable. The presence of an elevator adds a pleasant and important comfort (this is a rarity in small tourist towns due to the few floors). The apartment is spacious, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and comfortable beds and mattresses. Good bathrooms. The apartment cost 85€ per night. It was a bit expensive for us, but for the comfort, atmosphere and attitude of the owners it was not a pity at all for this money. It is very important to note that in Croatia 95% of housing on the coast has private parking. Very close is a wonderful beach with pine trees on the shore, which give a pleasant smell and good shade for the whole day. We rode a jet ski and walked on a rented boat. In Promajna there are no steps and a high mountain on the way to/from the beach. We recommend accommodation in Villa Rita and Promajna for a quiet and comfortable stay.
