The house is fully equipped with all appliances (two TVs, microwave, oven, induction, refrigerator, 2 air conditioners, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, toaster, hair dryer). It is located in the center of Prvić Luka, in the old city center, a nationally protected cultural monument. In the village, in the immediate vicinity, there are several restaurants and bars. The town and the island are an oasis of peace, covered with olives, pines, cypresses, vineyards and Dalmatian autochthonous flowers and fruits. There are several beaches near the house at a distance of 5-10 minutes on foot. The house itself has 4 floors and has an optimal capacity for 6 people. On the last floor there is a beautiful terrace with a view of 8 smaller islands. The house is 20 m from the sea.

We stayed here for two unforgettable weeks. The house is wonderful, stone and authentic, yet very modernly decorated and offers all the comforts. Just a few steps from the sea, which can be seen from both sides of the house and from the beautiful large terrace on top of the house. Crystal clear sea, indescribably rich nature, wonderful promenades and small restaurants. The hosts Maja and Ivan are very kind and accommodating and we became friends. We will definitely be back here next year.

We spent a week in a beautiful authentic stone house and it was not enough for us. The house itself is beautifully decorated, you can see that a lot of attention and effort has been put into the smallest detail. We had everything we needed in the apartment, even dishwasher tablets. The house is right next to the sea where you can swim, in the very center and right next to shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. The hosts, Maja and Ivan, are such warm and kind people, always available and helpful. We will definitely come back next year, but for two weeks. All recommendations for this house on the beautiful island of Prvić.

We had a wonderful time in this magical stone house. The interior is modernly decorated, yet so beautifully integrated into the traditional concept of a stone house. The hosts are extremely kind and available for any questions and advice. The house is fully equipped, with all the details and necessary appliances, and air-conditioned. The sea can be seen from most rooms, and from the terrace on the roof there is a fascinating view, while you drink your favorite drink, under the starry sky and with a light breeze. It is literally 20 meters to the sea, which made our stay even more relaxed and comfortable. The entire island exudes peace and has a slower pace, without cars, and is a great opportunity for a vacation. With several excellent restaurants nearby, the enjoyment is even more complete. The shop is 2 minutes from the house. For those who want to walk, there are many promenades and paths. The Maja stone house definitely won us over, and we will definitely come back again.

We stayed at this house as its very first guests. The house had been newly renovated just before our visit. It was very clean, and everything was brand new. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the additional clean towels, fresh bed linen, and the washing machine. The host communicated with us via WhatsApp whenever we needed and provided helpful advice. We really enjoyed our stay and the fact that there are no roads or cars on the island. There are only two small villages with a few restaurants, one grocery shop, a caf, and so on. The staircase was a bit narrow. The house has three or four floors. It would be helpful if the accommodation description clearly mentioned the number of floors. On the top floor, there was one bed but no air conditioning, so the room was very hot. Through this room, you can access the terrace, but due to the extremely hot weather, we couldn't enjoy it much, despite the sunshade. I would suggest that the house is better suited for four people rather than six, as there are only four proper beds in two separate bedrooms (not counting the top-floor gallery room, which has no air conditioning). If someone comes for just one night, its fine to sleep on the couch, as the living area is air-conditioned. There is only one bathroom with a toilet in the house. For groups of four or more, an additional bathroom would be ideal. Overall, thank you very much for your hospitality! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the island, and its surroundings.

We had the unique opportunity to stay as first guest at this new renovated old townhouse. In the middle of tiny alleys 15 m air distance to the water, with a wonderful view at the village square. We stayed 14 days with three litte kids. 30 s to the water. We went every morning before breakfast for a refresh dive. The island is really small but unbelievable quiet. We stayed at high season. While the mainland was complete overfilled Lucca Prvic was quiet and moderat visited. On the opposite to the village there is a nice pine Forrest with ruff rocky water entrance. Highly recommend are swim shoes. Ivan was a great host. Whether he wasn’t on the island via WhatsApp he was around every time we needed him. This house is highly recommend. We’ll come back for sure

The house is beautifully decorated, very pleasant to stay in, impeccably clean and tidy, in a quiet location, in the very center of Prvić Luka. The view from the terrace is priceless! Top equipped! Several beautiful beaches nearby (5 min walk), but we mostly swam right next to the house. We stayed for 8 days and were delighted with the accommodation, the location and the wonderful hosts. Really all the recommendations for a wonderful vacation. Thank you dear Maja, we will be back!!!
