We are located in a family house in a quiet part of Punat on the island. We offer two apartments for four people, located on the ground floor of the house. We are located just 300 meters from the beach, restaurants and cafes, and 800 meters from the town center.
Accommodation units
Down payment of 20% shall be paid to current or foreign currency account. Upon arrival at the apartment is necessary to fully pay the remaining part in cash. Entering the apartment on the first day, after 14 hours, and going out on the last day up to 10 hours. Air conditioning is paid separately 6 euros per day. Registration 2 euros, eco-tax 0, 15 euros per person per day. Children under 12 do not pay the eco-tax. During July and August we prefer weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday.
