Adriatic House Perić is located between the old and new parts of the town of Punt. We offer accommodation in 2 apartments and 3 studio apartments. The facility is located 300 m from the beach and the town center and the promenade. The apartments are fully equipped from kitchen, bathroom to bedroom, all are air-conditioned, Wi-Fi and satellite are available. Pets are allowed. Guests have at their disposal 2 parking spaces in front of the house and 3 in the immediate vicinity, as well as a barbecue in the yard. We spent a wonderful vacation in Mrs. Vilma's apartment. The cleanliness is at the highest level - the apartment is impeccably tidy and beautifully decorated, which gave us a feeling of comfort and relaxation throughout our stay. The location is ideal, near the beach and all necessary facilities for a perfect summer vacation, and at the same time it is located in a quiet street, which guarantees a peaceful and pleasant vacation. Great 3 days in Vilma's apartment. To begin with, Mrs. Vilma is a great, kind hostess, who helped us with all the questions we had. The apartment is in a good location, the beach we enjoyed is really close to the house. You can walk to the city center (max. 30 min easy walk) or by car. The apartment is clean, fresh, pleasant for comfort and relaxation, it has everything you need, especially when traveling by car. Thanks to the hostess Vilma for everything. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

I can write a lot of positive things about the stay in the apartment of the Perić family. Simple, but well equipped and decorated and very clean. A very pleasant environment for rest.
