Adriatic House Perić is located between the old and new parts of the town of Punt. We offer accommodation in 2 apartments and 3 studio apartments. The facility is located 300 m from the beach and the town center and the promenade. The apartments are fully equipped from kitchen, bathroom to bedroom, all are air-conditioned, Wi-Fi and satellite are available. Pets are allowed. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in front of the house and 3 in the immediate vicinity. The entrance to each apartment is separate, minimal contact with other guests. Accommodation Adriatic house Perić has the label "Safe stay in Croatia" and the hosts are vaccinated against Covid 19.

Advance payment: 30% of the price of the accommodation and the rest at the time of accommodation in the accommodation unit. Accommodation reservation is confirmed by advance payment, for which we will issue a confirmation-voucher. The minimum stay in accommodation units is 3 nights, with the exception of apartment A1 Smokva-Ficus carica, where the minimum stay is 5 nights. The price of a stay shorter than the minimum is increased by 30%. Great 3 days in Vilma's apartment. To begin with, Mrs. Vilma is a great, kind hostess, who helped us with all the questions we had. The apartment is in a good location, the beach we enjoyed is really close to the house. You can walk to the city center (max. 30 min easy walk) or by car. The apartment is clean, fresh, pleasant for comfort and relaxation, it has everything you need, especially when traveling by car. Thanks to the hostess Vilma for everything. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

I don't know what delighted us more. A quiet street definitely for small children, the location of the apartment itself and the terrace in great shade. The equipment of the apartment is fantastic. If you are planning your stay in Punat, you should definitely choose any apartment from Adriatic House. Fantastic apartment, fully equipped with everything you need (kitchen, towels, bed linen). Super clean! Everything new. Very comfortable, large bed. For a child an armchair is also very convenient. Bathroom comfortable, spacious kitchen with a large, functional top, stove and all necessary utensils. The apartment is not very big, but it is enough for a couple with a child. Great large balcony with table and chairs. To the sea and the main promenade is a piece, but the walk through the narrow streets is a pleasure. Punat is beautiful, situated on the wonderful bay of the center of which is a small island with a Franciscan monastery. Along the promenade are many tourist agencies offering cruises cool. The owner of the apartment, Marina, very friendly and helpful. Best Regards!
