The apartment house is located in a quiet part of Punat. It is approximately 400m from the center and the old part of the town. The house has three apartments of different sizes. Apartments A4 and A5 on the second floor have a beautiful view of the entire Punat bay. All apartments have a terrace with an awning, a parking space in front of the house, air conditioning, wi-fi, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave oven, all the equipment and utensils for preparing and serving meals and a pleasant vacation.

To confirm the reservation, I expect a bank transfer of 30% of the rent. The rest of the rent and tourist tax is paid in cash before going home or by agreement. You take over the apartment after 3 pm, leave by 10 am or by agreement. I will answer all your questions.

I stayed for two weeks in July. The apartment was perfect, there were three of us. Everything we needed was there, plenty of towels, and we even found dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent. The owners were absolutely unobtrusive and very kind. If we return to Punat, we'll definitely stay here again.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stovetop, a microwave, and a kettle. Comfortable beds. Bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The owner is very helpful. Excellent location near the port, shops, restaurants, and beaches. Excellent value for money.
