The apartments are located 7 minutes walk from the concrete beach and 9 minutes walk from the pebble beach. The house has 3 beautifully decorated apartments equipped with a dishwasher, air conditioning, Internet and SAT-TV. Each apartment has one parking space.
Accommodation units
Please note that reservations in the period 01.03.-19.06. can be made for a minimum of 4 nights, in the period 20.06.-04.09. for a minimum of 7 nights, and in the period 05.09.-06.10. for a minimum of 4 nights. Prices will be displayed when you enter the desired period of stay and number of people. You can see prices by season under the € price list (on the right, under the pictures of the desired accommodation unit). Additional fees (paid on site): - Registration 5.00 EUR / person - Child without bed (up to 3 years) 5 EUR / night - Pets are not allowed Check-in to the apartment is possible after 3 pm, departure is by 10 am. For a fixed reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment (by bank transfer) in the amount of 50% of the total price of the apartment. The remaining amount is paid 14 days before arrival. If the reservation is made 14 days or less before arrival, it is necessary to pay the full amount (via bank transfer).
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationIn case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is retained as a cancellation fee.
