Each room has its own bathroom and balcony, comfortable beds and a floor fan for a more comfortable stay. The Yellow Room has space for a baby bed (free of charge) and/or an extra bed (for a supplement) and can therefore be a family room. Guests have free parking, a large terrace and a well-equipped common corner for preparing breakfast in the spacious hall. (There is no kitchen). A special asset is our garden in the shade of olive trees with deck chairs and tables - the perfect place to relax with fast Wi-Fi available to all guests. Without TV and without air conditioning, the focus is on an authentic summer holiday. We are located steps from the beaches, promenade and beach bars, which makes us the perfect base for an active holiday at an affordable price. Only 15 minutes walk separates us from the town of Rab.

The deposit is valid until the end of the following year. The rest of the invoice must be paid upon arrival.
