Detailed description

Modernly equipped apartments at 350 meters above sea level in a quiet village in Mundanije on the island of Rab called Šćerba. The facility is approximately 2-3 km from the sea, the center and all other important locations, which is approximately 10 minutes by car. The position of the building offers a beautiful view from all terraces and balconies of the entire island and the greater part of the Kvarner Bay. The calmness and not so much traffic of our town offers a perfect and relaxing holiday in the shelter of nature and wonderful summer sunny weather. There is a large parking lot next to the house, and behind the house there is a beautifully made swimming pool and a sunbathing area next to it.

Payment and terms
Rent is paid on the first day of the tourist's arrival at the accommodation unit. Advance payment is paid when booking the accommodation unit. The amount of the advance payment is agreed via e-mail. Check-in day and check-out day are only on Saturdays and the minimum number of nights is 7 nights. The time of arrival (check-in) is from 15:00 h to 23:00 h, and the time of departure (check-out) is until 10:00 h. For each additional person above the normal capacity of the accommodation unit, the price is 15 EUR. A cleaning fee of EUR 70 is also charged (once per reservation). The presence of pets in accommodation units (dogs, cats...) is charged EUR 15 per pet per night.
Residential tax is included in price.

Each guest receives one welcome drink, which is included in the price. There is the possibility of taxi transportation and the possibility of organizing excursions by large tourist boats. Also, if necessary, there is the possibility of renting a place for a private boat up to 8 meters in the harbor on the island of Rab.
