Payment and terms
Payment is in cash or by netbanking. Advance payment in the amount of 30% when booking, the rest at least 2 weeks before arrival. Arrival time from 14:00 to 16:00. With prior agreement, it is possible earlier, if the apartment was ready the day before. The departure time is no later than 10:00 a.m., exceptionally, if no other guests are coming, it is possible to extend the stay for a fee in the amount of 50% of the price of one night. We do not accept pets.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy
A refund of the advance payment is possible in the amount of 50% of the paid advance payment if the reservation is canceled one month before the arrival date.
