Ražanac is a small town in the Velebit Channel. There are numerous national and nature parks in the surrounding area (Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes, Krka, Kornati, Telašćica, Northern Velebit, Vrana Lake) and various additional activities are offered, such as rafting and canoeing, hiking, free climbing, bungee jumping on the Maslenica Bridge, karting, riding schools, paintball, adventure park, donkey farms and other attractions. Untouched nature and the seashore, as well as enjoying beautiful sunsets for all lovers of hiking and cycling, are possible on the hiking and cycling trails in the Ražanac municipality. The Jakov Apartments are located a 5-minute walk from the center of Ražanac, a beautiful beach and super clear sea. The apartments are on the first floor of the house with a terrace, modernly equipped (air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels). The apartment is great and we are really happy with our stay. The beach is only a two minute walk away, which was perfect for us. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need for a pleasant vacation, and everything was clean and tidy. We would like to give a special shout out to Nina, who is extremely kind and welcoming. She greeted us with a smile right away, chatted with us, and made us feel right at home. She was very accommodating and allowed us flexible arrival and departure times, which meant a lot to us. She even treated us to a homemade juice, which was a really nice gesture. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this apartment. I can't wait to go back there.

We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment with a small child and we are really delighted. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, which was ideal for us. The apartment is extremely clean and fully equipped - literally nothing was missing. The owner Nina is extremely kind and attentive and always made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend this accommodation, especially to families with children. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Apartments Jakov for the third year in a row and I think that best shows how satisfied we are. The apartment is very nice, extremely clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a carefree vacation. It has air conditioning, a washing machine, comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the necessary things. The location is great, the apartment faces east, and the sea and beach are only a few minutes walk away. We especially like that the apartment is suitable for families and children, has private parking, and the surroundings are quiet, including at night. There is a shop nearby, and it takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the town center. What makes this accommodation special is the feeling of welcome. Upon arrival, we were greeted with juice and beer in the fridge, and the owner welcomed us so warmly that we didn't feel like guests, but like friends. She is very kind, accommodating, and always available if you need anything. We are happy to return and will definitely return again. We sincerely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants comfortable accommodation, proximity to the sea and a homely atmosphere.
