Fully and modernly equipped apartments in a quiet area of Rogoznica (Uvala Luka), located 20 m from a private beach and 30 m from the sea. On the beach there are deckchairs, umbrellas, we also have a mooring for a boat if you have your own boat and parking for a trailer. All apartments except the studio apartment have air conditioning, the studio apartment has a fan. An additional person after the basic number is charged 15 euros per day. All apartments have secured parking, free Wi-Fi, satellite television, wood and coal grill. Every day in the morning, a shop car comes to the house with pastries, bread, milk, fruit, vegetables and fresh fish) and in the afternoon a Bofrost truck with ice cream and other frozen products. The first real shop is 1 km away, as it is a weekend settlement. The sandy beach is 80 m from the house. Extremely clean sea. An ideal place for a quiet family vacation without noise and yet close to all amenities, 15 minutes to Primošten, 20 minutes to Trogir, 35 minutes to Šibenik and Split. The owners do not live in the building.

Payment and terms
When booking, we usually take 30% of the total amount and the rest 30 days before arrival or as agreed. Air conditioning, tourist tax are included in the price of the apartment. Pets - 10 euros per day. An additional person in the apartment is also charged 15 - 20 euros per day, depending on the apartment and the number of people. The apartment must be left clean and tidy, otherwise an additional cleaning fee of 20-40 euros per apartment is charged, depending on the size of the apartment.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
to confirm the reservation, we immediately take 30% of the total amount and the rest 30 days before arrival, by agreement and due to exceptional situations in accordance with the law, we return the money paid for the reservation or leave it for another season, everything is a matter of agreement, we meet, whatever it is possible, of course, when it comes to justified reasons for which it is necessary to attach a valid certificate. The reservation must be canceled as soon as possible, no later than 30 days before arrival.

Each apartment has sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, which are free for our guests. The beach has only private access so it is only for our guests. We have boat mooring and trailer parking if you have your own boat. Car parking is also provided. All apartments have Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a fixed wood-burning grill and small portable coal. We also accept pets (charge 10 euros per day). The shop van comes every morning in front of the house, so you don't need to go to the shop right away in the morning. You can buy bread, pastries, milk, croissants, burek, newspapers. You can also order what you need for the next day. Right behind the van with bread and pastries is another car shop with fresh fruit and vegetables, and fresh fish comes immediately in the morning, and a Bofrost truck with frozen products (ice cream, fruit and vegetables, cakes) arrives in the afternoon. There is a taxi boat to Rogoznica, and there is also a local bus a couple of times a day. Our friends rent boats so you have a discount if you want to rent a boat on a daily or weekly basis.

Super cool

The apartment is very large, nice and clean with a mega-large terrace and, of course, a view of the sea and the surrounding area. A place for people who value peace without crowds and bustle. A very nice place for a family holiday
