Upon request, a 30% deposit is paid to a bank account. Upon receipt of the deposit, the booking is closed and confirmation of receipt is made. The rest of the bill is paid upon arrival at the apartment in cash. Arrival of guests after 2 pm, and departure by 10 am. Communication via e-mail. Every morning you can buy bread, pastries, milk, yogurt, fruit, vegetables and fish in front of the house in a mobile shop during the months of June - September. Pets are not allowed.

We just returned from this apartment yesterday after staying for ten nights. The apartment is perfect for a family with children, it is very nice and well fitted with beautiful view and close to the beach that is not crowded. The landlords stay in an apartment on he ground floor and are very nice and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a possibility to take a ferry from Ražanj to Rogoznica old town that is on the peninsula on the other side of the bay.

Beautiful place, the apartment is brand new, clean, very well equipped and decorated. Sea just at 10m to enjoy diving, swimming, jumping in the water, and admiring sunset on the Rogoznica bay at the end of the day. The owner Ivo is really friendly and helpful.
