The apartment and the room its interiors are brand new,. The apartment has a living area with a fully equipped kitchen,a quiet bedroom and a bathroom. The interiors and equipment are brand new,and we put great care in decorating it in a special way. The apartment and the room has its separate discreet entrance with your own key,and they are located on the first floor. They ars located near the city centre in a residental street next door to a bakery with mouth watering fresh pastry,cakes and bread. There are a few free public parking spaces right in front of the entrance, If this is not available,there is free parking 200m from our house. As we live next door from the apartment and room,we are always available to our guests. The apartment and the room can also be booked as a package,ideal for families with kids and/or friends. We take great care for our apartment,and will appreciate the same from our guests. Smoke in the apartment is not allowed,also no pets.
