The apartment is located only 400 m from the sea (5 minutes on foot) and a 20-minute walk to the city center (800 m). The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and consists of two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen, dining room and living room have access to a beautiful balcony with a view of the greenery and the surrounding area. The kitchen is fully equipped: 3 gas hobs, 1 electric hob, toaster, oven, kettle. The living room has SAT TV, air conditioning. The bathroom consists of a shower, washing machine, bidet. There is parking in front of the building (for an additional fee, 7 euros per day). There is a fitness studio and pilates in the building itself. This apartment offers you a completely relaxing and pleasant stay next to the beautiful beaches of Rovinj where you almost don't have to use a car, and we are at your disposal for any questions!

An advance payment of 30% is paid when booking accommodation. In the event of an unused reservation, the advance payment is transferred to another date that the guest wants to book if the apartment is available. The rest is paid upon arrival. In case of damage in the apartment, the amount of the advance payment is used for subsequent damages in the amount committed. Payment for accommodation is made upon arrival at the apartment. We stayed here from 28.06. to 04.07. The apartment is well equipped, ideally located, the beach is a 3-minute walk away, the center is a 25-minute walk away, the area is quiet, parking is always available. If I come to the Croatian coast again, we will definitely come to Rovinj and take the same accommodation.
