The daily rental price includes: use of air conditioning, water and electricity consumption, bed linen, towels and cooking utensils. Each apartment has a free covered parking space within the facility. The supplement for one night is 90%. The supplement for 2-3 nights is 70%. The deposit is 30% of the reservation value, and the rest is paid in cash upon arrival with the collection of the keys. Arrival time at the accommodation is from 3 pm, and departure time is by 10 am.

Rocky beach We offer our guests the possibility of renting bicycles to explore Rovinj and its surroundings. Guests have access to a fireplace in the garden, and have the opportunity to taste seasonal fruit (cherries, figs, grapes...) and homemade olive oil.

We stayed in Rovinj for 8 days. The first 2 days we stayed in a very bad apartment in the city center and we decided to leave because it was not accessible by car and was extremely dirty. Luckily we found this apartment and enjoyed the rest of our stay. The Poropat family is amazing and their apartments are beautiful. They offered us free wine and olive oil that they produce just 500 meters from their house. The place is great, garden full of beautiful plants and fresh tomatoes. You can have a barbecue and sit in the beautiful gazebo. We will definitely be back soon!

We travel a lot, but this accommodation was truly excellent for us in terms of both price and quality. The location is good; you can walk to the sea and into town in about 20-30 minutes, which was perfect for an evening stroll. We usually cycled to the beach ourselves. The cycle path is directly opposite the house and leads along a small white road to the AC Polari, about 2 km away. From there, you can enjoy a lovely ride along the coast, either towards Bale or towards Rovinj. The apartment was the cleanest we've ever stayed in; everything was immaculate. The hostess is very friendly and always available if you need anything. The garden is also beautifully landscaped; you can tell the hosts put a lot of effort into it. It's truly lovely for nature lovers. In May, when we stayed at the Fantazija house, cherries were in season and the hosts offered us some. They also had very good olive oil, which we were able to taste. We can highly recommend these hosts and the accommodation, and we will definitely come back. Thank you again for the wonderful stay. We didn't feel like ordinary guests, but rather like we were being welcomed by a family.

We have stayed in Rovinj often, and this is a new accommodation we discovered and will return to. The apartments are spacious, incredibly clean, richly furnished with a beautiful garden, which the hosts take care of. Private covered free parking is located in front of the house. Sanda and Denis are excellent hosts, unobtrusive, yet always present when needed. At first, it seemed to us that the apartments were a bit dislocated, but we realized that the location was ideal. It's about a twenty-minute walk to the city, and you always have to go to the sea by car anyway, because Rovinj doesn't have a lot of accommodation right by the sea. Bicycles can also be rented, and a dirt road leads from the accommodation to Polar, about 2 kilometers away. All recommendations for accommodation, fair price, cleanliness and helpful hosts. We will come back again.

This accommodation is the perfect offer you will find in Rovinj. The prices are great, which is rare in Rovinj. In return you get everything you need, a clean, well equipped apartment, with very nice and caring hosts, that are very helpful with everything. It takes about 10 min to get to the center with the bikes offered.

I stayed in Apartments Fantazija for one week in July 2021 and I can not find a thing that I would change, or complain about. The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean, the owners are friendly and polite and the surroundings are mesmerizing.

I was in this department at the end of May for 10 days and I had an incredible experience. The apartments are very clean, very well equipped and complete, bright and modern. There is covered parking and a beautiful and well-kept garden. You can also rent bicycles on the spot and in 7 minutes you are at the beach or downtown. The owners are super attentive and always guided me and my partner to get to know the city. Super recommended and I would go back a thousand times !!!

The apartment is extremely clean and spacious. Pleasant atmosphere and pleasant hosts. For each recommendation. An excellent decision was to rent bicycles and so move around Rovinj, and we left our car on their private covered parking for free.
