The apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of the sea and beaches (5 minutes walk) in a quiet village called Borik. The center of Rovinj can be reached by car in 5 minutes or by a nice walk along the sea in about 40 minutes (3km).
Accommodation units
The advance payment is 25% of the total price of the stay. After receiving the advance payment, the reservation and full calendar for your stay is made. Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is until 10:00.
Residential tax is included in price.The cancellation deadline is 30 days before the arrival date. If you cancel earlier / before the 30-day deadline, the full amount of the advance payment will be refunded. If you cancel later / after the 30-day deadline, the advance payment will not be refunded.
