Our family house is located in Rovinj in the Centener area. We are a 10-minute walk from the city center, and 15 minutes from the nearest beach. During your stay, you will be provided with one parking space per apartment in the yard. Nearby there is a restaurant, shop, bakery, bank, sports facilities. We offer accommodation in three apartments: App IDA A2/2 for 4 people on the first floor of the family house, with two double bedrooms, double beds, one of which can be separated, bathroom and small kitchen. The apartment has a large covered terrace with a view of the garden and a seating area. Apartment SANDRA A2/1 for 2 to 3 people, on the ground floor of the family house. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen and living room (with an additional bed if necessary), bathroom and small terrace. Apartment SANDRA A4/1 on the first floor for 4 to 5 people, separate entrance, with two double bedrooms, bathroom, hall, kitchen and living room (extra bed if necessary) and two covered terraces.

The method of payment of the advance payment and the amount are agreed upon when booking. The rest of the price is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Stays shorter than three nights are charged up to 30% more. The usual arrival time is from 2:00 PM, and the departure time is until 10:00 AM. Arrival and departure times other than those stated can be agreed with the host, depending on availability. Extra bed 20.00 EUR per day. The accommodation was large, very clean and fully equipped. The landlady is very friendly and helpful, which makes the already pleasant stay even better. The accommodation is about 10 minutes' walk from the city center and is therefore ideal for leaving the car behind.
