Sanja Apartments are located in the small village Ruskamen, located on the coast of the Riviera Omis. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by pine trees and grape vines. Guests Sanja apartments are mostly parents with children, so the calm and quiet atmosphere. Just 20 meters below the house is a pebble beach, which is reached by stairs. In the courtyard barbecue where guests can prepare some of the local specialties and enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea. Parking for guests is located 30 meters above the house. The center with supermarket, cafes and restaurants is only 350 meters from the house. City center can be reached promenade. We recommend visit the nearby town situated 6 kilometers and the city of Split, located 30 kilometers.

We spent a total of 14 days, or 13 nights, here. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was the incredible amount of steep stairs from the parking lot to the apartments (this fact was not mentioned anywhere, nor photographed, if we had known about it we would definitely not have chosen this accommodation). We wanted to relax on vacation and not get in shape on stairs... I can't imagine how a family with small children and strollers could function here... in my opinion, these are the information missing from the description. I don't know where in the reviews it was written that the owners were very hospitable and available at any time. The owner only showed up on the first day when he collected the money and on the last day when we were leaving. He didn't explain anything to us (where to turn on the hot water boiler, where to put the garbage...), we had to arrange everything additionally and find out. And I'm not talking about the equipment in the apartment. The air conditioning was available, but it didn't work at all, no cold air (we even complained to the owner that it wasn't working, but there was no response), luckily the weather was such that we didn't need it, otherwise I don't know how we would have coped there. The double bed was probably broken or something, because we slept on a slope for 13 nights, basically down the hill... The only positive thing about the apartment was the kitchen and its equipment, it was great. And also the sea and the beach, everything was fine. So our overall impression, apart from the sea, beach and kitchen, is bad. I think that sometimes it is necessary to invest, renew and repair something from the money we earn...
In an apartment without air conditioning hot as well as on the private beach below the apartments where there is no shade as a pictures. Apartment uncleaned. Problems parking along the main road in the scorching sun. Problems with the owner of the adjacent pier on the beach. Positive only shower in front of the apartments and shade on the terrace.

APARTMANI SANJA Omis Split are family-friendly, in a quiet location. Excellent access to the sea of couple, stairs. The owners are very pleasant and hospitable. Fantastic sea view from most apartments. There is grill, large terraces, outdoor shower. Really super !!! I recommend 100% Iva and Peter

Sun, beach, calm and very friendly and accessible at all times hosts. A sensational place to rest for families with children and all looking for peace. You have to beat some stairs going down to the beach, and roughly as much to climb up into the parking lot but this is not a big deal. The kids are delighted. Recommended. We will probably return to this place. Thank you very much once again for your hospitality.

Solid furnished apartment with wonderful terrace and views. Around the apartment, lots of greenery, and also on hot days stay pleasant. Somewhat disturbing is the large number of steps. The beach is very beautiful and decorated (both beach below the apartments as a pebble 50m away), the sea is very clean. Owners are extremely friendly, hospitable and always available. We spent a very nice holiday. Recommended for families and those who wish to spend a quiet holiday. Thanks again for your hospitality. Family Planko
