Modernly equipped house with 9 accommodation units: 6 apartments with one bedroom and living room with two extra beds, sofa and sofa, and equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and large balcony with table and chairs. There is a large wall closet in the hallway. 3 studios are designed for two people, they are also fully equipped: bathroom with shower, large wall closet, kitchen, and a small balcony with table and chairs. The house is located 3 minutes walk from the sea, or 5 minutes walk to a large sandy beach.

Payment and terms
The change of guests is on Saturdays (minimum stay is 7 days), the time of departure from the facility is until 10.00, the time of arrival is from 13.00 to 14.00. An advance payment is required, and is 30% of the full price, the rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival. Tourist tax is not included in the price.
Residential tax is not included in price.
Cancellation policy
The advance payment is used as a security deposit due to the impossibility of quickly filling the accommodation in case of cancellation of the existing reservation. Terms of cancellation and refund of the advance payment: - 100% refund for reservations canceled 60 days or more before the arrival of the guest, - 50% refund for cancellation within 30-60 days, - 25% refund for cancellation within 15-30 days and - 0% refund within 2 weeks until the start of the reservation.

A nice place

Very nice, comfortable. Owners friendly. Place exactly as it looks in the pictures. Near the beach and the center. Quiet. Great for family. I recommend.
