Arrival and departure: Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, and please check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure - so that we can prepare everything for the next guests. Payment and advance payment: To confirm the reservation, you need to pay 30% of the total amount. The rest is paid on the day of arrival, when taking over the accommodation. Tourist tax: There are no hidden costs - the tourist tax is included in the price. Reservation confirmation: As soon as we receive the advance payment, we will send you a reservation confirmation by e-mail. Security deposit: Upon arrival, you must leave a security deposit of €250, which is paid in cash. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, after we have checked the accommodation together.

Booking confirmation document upon reservationIn order to ensure business stability and to be able to plan well, we apply the following cancellation policy: Up to 60 days before arrival – we refund 75% of the advance payment (we keep 25% for administrative costs). From 60 to 45 days before arrival – we refund 50% of the advance payment. From 45 to 30 days before arrival – we refund 25% of the advance payment. Less than 30 days before arrival – the advance payment is non-refundable. Regardless of whether we manage to fill the cancelled appointment again, after 30 days until arrival the advance payment is not refundable. We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance, which covers unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, trip cancellation, delays, etc.).
