The garden, swimming pool and other outdoor facilities are shared areas for guests of the property, so please be considerate of other guests. Arrival and departure are organized by arrangement with the host. The host is available to guests for any additional information or assistance during their stay. Smoking in enclosed spaces is not recommended. We ask guests to use the designated outdoor spaces. Please pay special attention to the safety of children near the pool. Children should be supervised by adults. We ask guests to leave the apartment and common areas tidy before leaving and to report any faults or damage so that we can resolve them as soon as possible. Residential tax is included in price.To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay is required. Cancellation of the reservation is possible no later than 30 days before the planned arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, the guest will be refunded the deposit, with a retention of 10% of the deposit amount for administrative costs. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the planned arrival, the deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is non-refundable and will be retained by the host. In case of no-show, the deposit will also not be refunded. For any changes or cancellations of the reservation, we kindly ask guests to inform us as soon as possible.
