Staying with Mrs Draženki was really perfect ... The apartment is exactly the same as on the pictures, new, clean and everything in it you need to stay. To the beach you need ten minutes of normal walking. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a shop, a market, a cafe, a pastry shop, a travel agency, a currency exchange, a rester ... Mrs. Draženka is a very nice person, as well as her cousin Lucija and her husband. Thank you for your pleasant company and wonderful holidays and we hope to see you next year.

The stay with Mrs. Drazenka was pleasant and the facility was exactly the same as it was described, neat, maintained and clean. The kitchen has everything needed for the whole family, there are also 2 fridge, freezer. The rooms are nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. Accommodation is in the center of Sabunika, bakery, grocery store, cafe and pastry shop are just around the corner. Shopping centers are 5 minutes away by car and can go on even bigger shopping. We stayed with two playful children for whom Mrs. was extremely patient. From the apartment to the beach is a 5-10 minute walk (depending on the mood of the children). On the way to the beach there is a park with slides and swings, so we mostly stayed there. Everything is close to the hand and can go with the car, traffic is not dense, and cars are driving cautiously because there are plenty of small children that are constantly hanging around. From Sabunika 2 km away there is Nin which we visited and close to Zadar. It would recommend this place for families with children because the beach is beautiful and full of children playing and entertaining making any type of sand construction. My children enjoyed the warm sea and the day-to-day play and meet other children. Mrs Draženka is a very kind and kind person and we hope for a new summer vacation next year. Once again, I thank Mrs Draženki for a pleasant stay and understanding for my loud children.

Property description is accurate, the apartment is exactly as it is in the picture and where the beach is 5 min walk. We were greeted by all the neat, clean and new. Although there is no sentiment, Ms. Draženka put the fan and there were no need for air conditioning in the apartment was really comfortable. The landlord, or Ms.. Draženka is excellent, friendly and accessible to people, and we were pleasantly greeted and took the time to our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this establishment to friends, is the ideal apartment for a couple. Sabunike are generally great destination because they are close to Nin, Zaton, Privlaka, Zadar, and Queen's beach is beautiful (if you like sand, ideal for children).
