Apartment reservations are made by paying an advance of 30% of the total agreed price to the bank account of the property owner. The remaining agreed part of 70% is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. For stays shorter than three days, the price increases by 30%. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to submit personal documents (personal ID/passport) for inspection and for registration at the tourist office and the Tourist Information Office. Arrival time to the apartments is after 3:00 PM. Departure time from the apartment is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome because we also own a dog, a German shepherd named Rex. Rocky beach We own a small boat with which we can take you to some of the smaller, secluded beaches that are spread out in the area between Selce and Novi Vinodolski or to a hidden cove on the island of Krk (max. 4 people). In that case, you must take all the necessities for a pleasant stay on the beach (cooler bag with drinks and food, umbrella...) because there are no catering facilities at these locations. Return by arrangement. The coastal road that connects Selce with Crikvenica, Dramalj and Jadranovo offers an ideal route for walks or family bike rides because the differences in altitude are minimal. If you come with a bike, you can store it safely in our garage. The routes are also ideal for a light morning jog by the sea or a slightly more difficult trekking through the forest.

Mrs. Milena, a wonderful person who welcomed us kindly and pleasantly, the apartment is clean, tidy and modernly equipped. Everything you need for one vacation. Beach Nearly only 5 minutes walk..as we were greeted by the hosts so we were greeted warmly. I will be happy to come back here next summer.
