A beautiful family house 80m from the first beach consists of 6 separate accommodation units spread over three floors, each with a separate entrance and a view of the garden and the sea. The accommodation units we offer include a Studio for two people, a Large Studio for a family of three or four where the children's bed is on the gallery (and the children love it :)), and a Large Two-Bedroom Apartment with two bedrooms, a living room with a corner sofa bed. The courtyard is green, decorated with olive, fig and nettle trees, and a small, seasonal vegetable garden. The parking lot, which is an integral part of the building, can be reached through the entrance to the courtyard from the main street. The hosts are located on the ground floor and will be happy to answer all potential questions, organize an additional baby cot, high chair, borrow if something is missing in the apartment or repair any damage.

Confirmation of deposit payment in the amount of the price of one night is a guarantee for a completed reservation. In the event that we have not received payment confirmation within 24 hours, and you have not notified us of possible difficulties, the reservation will be automatically deleted. 1-4 nights are possible only between unfilled dates. Check-in from 15:00; departure (check-out) by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible with an extra charge of half the price of one night, depending on availability and prior notice. In this case, check-in is at 11 a.m. and check-out at 5 p.m. We ask guests to inform us about the time of arrival. Guests are required to present a photo ID upon check-in. It is not possible to hold stag, hen and similar parties in this facility. House order and peace applies between 23:00 and 07:00. After your stay, you must leave the apartment clean and tidy, wash the dishes, take out the trash and inspect it carefully to make sure you haven't forgotten anything. The keys are handed over to the host before departure.
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationPayment for the entire accommodation is made before entering the accommodation in cash or by presenting a payment confirmation to the provided account to which you paid the deposit. The accommodation facility will contact you after the reservation is made with instructions and the account number for payment. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel 60 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, but we will accept it as a deposit for the next season. Any cancellation before that time will be accepted and the paid funds will be returned to you via bank transfer to the provided account.

The hosts are extremely hospitable, the apartment is perfectly clean and tidy! It has all of the above from excellent parking, air conditioning, WiFI, cleanliness... Proximity to the sea at 50 m. I recommend to everyone who plans to visit Ivan and Anka's Selce, and we will definitely return in the future

Everything was great! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The location is great, quiet and pleasant surroundings. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed it. We would especially like to commend the hosts, who were extremely kind and hospitable.
