It is located approximately 300 m from the sea and beach and the town center. It consists of two double bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), a living room, an equipped kitchen with a dining room (dishwasher), a bathroom (washing machine) and a separate toilet. Parking for 1 vehicle is provided in the courtyard of the house. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor (high ground floor) of the family house. It has a kitchen, a double bed 160x200 cm, a bathroom, air conditioning and a small terrace in front of the studio. Shared use of the barbecue. Apartment Lea is located on the 2nd floor. It has 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (washing machine), air conditioning, a large terrace with a sea view. Parking for 1 car is provided in the courtyard of the house.

Tourist tax is included in the price. Apartment reservations are made by paying an advance of 30% of the total agreed price to the bank account of the property owner. The remaining agreed part of 70% is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to submit personal documents (personal ID/passport) for inspection and registration at the tourist office and the Tourist Information Office. Check-in to the apartment is after 3 pm, and check-out from the apartment is by 10 am.

My husband and I stayed in the studio apartment for a weekend out of season and we had a great time. Mrs. Marina is very kind and accommodating, she directed us to events in the surrounding area that further enhanced our stay. The apartment is neat, beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The place is charming and peaceful, the sea is beautiful, the restaurants in the area are reasonably priced. We definitely plan to return, we have only words of praise.
