New apartments in the center of Selce, a small and picturesque town on the Adriatic coast, very close to Crikvenica - are located on the high ground floor and on the 1st floor of the house, they are spacious and airy. Both apartments consist of two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, "open space" kitchen, dining room and living room and balcony. They have a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. The apartments are located 2 minutes walk from the center of the town, shops, promenade, beach, restaurants and cafes. Parking is in the courtyard of the house. Air conditioning, wi-fi and parking are included in the accommodation price. The price includes tourist (residence) tax and apartment cleaning. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

To reserve an apartment, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price is required. The remaining amount of the accommodation price is paid directly at the house, exclusively in cash upon arrival and check-in. In case of cancellation, we do not refund the deposit. The prices listed apply to accommodation for 3 nights or more. The preferred time of arrival at the apartment is after 2:00 p.m., and the departure time is by 10:00 a.m.

We are absolutely delighted with the accommodation, everything is really as in the photos, even bigger in person, the apartment is very spacious and close to all amenities (bakery, center, shop, post office, beach, everything). Praise for the cleanliness and tidiness of the space. We came with a 5 month old baby and were positively surprised when we were even welcomed by a stroller. The owner is very approachable and flexible and immediately available by mobile phone. We will definitely be back.

Our stay in these apartments was truly wonderful! Both apartments are spacious, extremely bright and beautifully decorated – we immediately felt at home. The street they are located on is peaceful and quiet, ideal for a vacation, and yet you are only a few minutes walk from the waterfront, which is perfect for evening walks or morning coffee by the sea. We would especially like to commend the landlady, who is extremely kind, accommodating, and well-organized – everything was ready, clean, and she welcomed us with attention to every detail. A big advantage is the private parking in the yard, which is a great convenience considering the proximity to the center. Also, the apartments are ideal for families with small children - they are safe, comfortable and equipped for a carefree stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfortable, quiet and quality accommodation

A nice large apartment in a quiet part of Selc that has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The apartment is extremely neat and nicely equipped, couches and beds are comfortable. The living room is spacious and has a wonderful view of the sea. The beaches are great, and for lovers of walking there is a beautiful promenade along the sea to Crikvenica. Recommended for everyone who wants peace and has everything needed nearby. The owner of the apartment is accommodating and discreet, always at your service and tries her best to make the guests satisfied. We had a wonderful time and we will be happy to come again.
