A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required for booking, and the rest is due upon entering the apartment, in cash or receipt of payment. Minimum stay: 5 nights. Arrival time: after 3:00 PM. Departure time: by 10:00 AM. Maximum 4 guests. Stay in the apartment is exclusively for registered guests. Parties and events in the apartment are prohibited. Photography and filming for commercial purposes are not allowed. It is not allowed to bring bicycles, scooters, fishing equipment, etc. into the apartment or the building. The use of your own electrical devices (except chargers for mobile phones, laptops and tablets) is not allowed (e.g. electric grills, stoves, heaters, fans, car chargers, etc.). Any damage caused by improper handling or irresponsible behavior will be charged to the guest. Upon arrival at the facility, please submit the ID cards or passports of all persons in order to register in the e-Visitor guest registration application.
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationThe deposit paid, minus the bank fee, is refunded only in the event of cancellation of the reservation up to 21 days before arrival. If guests decide to shorten their stay after arriving at the apartment (i.e. stay for less than stated in the reservation), a refund is not possible. We do not accept group reservations: multiple families, friends, etc. for multiple apartments at the same time. We reserve the right to cancel without refund in such cases.
