The house is 32 m2, and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a kettle. There are also two toilets with showers. One room has a double bed 140 × 200 cm and it has its own bathroom. The second room has 2 single beds 90 × 200 cm. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be extended for two. The terrace is 29 m2, on which there is a heated massage jacuzzi and seating. The property is fully equipped with everything you need (from bed linen, towels, toiletries, etc.) There is an outdoor gas barbecue available. There is a swimming pool complex just 100 m away, as well as a beach approx. 250 m away. The center of Selc is only a 13-minute walk away. The facility offers private parking and Internet without additional payment with smart TV.

Payment via bank transfer. When booking accommodation, a 30% deposit is required, which is refundable if the guest cancels 7 days before arrival. This was our second time here. Perfect as always. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It was like coming home. Excellent location, within walking distance of the sea, pool, and town center. Comfortable and lovingly decorated. We would definitely come back.
