At the foot of the Paklenica National Park, which offers beautiful walks in untouched nature. The beach is only 150m away from the property. A shop, church, cafe, bakery, pastry shop, and stands with local fruit and vegetables are on the square, and nearby there are restaurants, an ambulance, and a playground. The Ivano Apartments facility is completely fenced with secured parking.

Payment is made in cash and to a current account, the advance payment for the reservation is 30% of the total amount and is paid to the current account. The advance payment confirms the reservation of the accommodation unit, and the rest of the amount is paid in cash immediately upon arrival at the accommodation unit. Arrival time (CHECK IN) is from 14:00 to 23:30 hours, and departure time (CHECK OUT) until 10:00 hours. When leaving, the apartment must be clean and functional (damage caused during the stay is charged separately) as it was when taking over, otherwise a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged. We are unable to accept pets.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation of the reservation, there is no refund of the advance payment.
