A wonderful, welcoming, helpful host. And a fantastic cook! The apartment is very clean, nice, spacious and interesting! Not far to a nice little beach. There is a small local bar / cafe in the vicinity. I would highly recommend!!!
Recommended for :We spent a great week in Mr. Davor's excellent apartment! The owner is a very excellent host and a good person! Slatine is a beautiful village in the area with plenty of beautiful attractions! It is worth going to the city of Split by small boat from the port. It takes you to the second largest city in Croatia for a hot sandwich. And the distance to Trogir is really a stone's throw away. They will try not to be disappointed either with the owner or with the resort.
Recommended for : Active holidays, People looking for peace, Families with children, Romantics, Sightseeing,We have just returned from Villa Buga after a few days stay. They were our 5 holidays in Croatia; but we have never been so treated by the host as this time. Davor on arrival, greeted us with wine and (nut). A bottle of water and wine awaited in the fridge. On the second day he invited us to dinner - he prepared a bunch of lamb in the summer kitchen for two families. Almost every day he offered us wine, rakija, a good hard cheese, ripened ham or salt fish of his own. He won the children's liking with chocolate and cola. Davor is a man of high personal culture, communicative, always open and helpful to his guests. At the same time discreet and tactful. He speaks English very well. He likes to spend time talking with his guests. Both apartments are of a very good standard; small is a little better equipped. Everything looks like in the pictures. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is decent, the kitchen is equipped so that you can prepare meals, air conditioning and Wi-fi without complaint. A big advantage is the summer stone kitchen, where you can prepare a barbecue. Despite the burning fire, it is cool in it. The yard is not big, but enough space to park 2 cars. I have the impression that for Davora Villa Buga it is not a business opportunity, it's just a hobby.
