The apartment is comfortable, newly decorated room at the palace Bajamonti-Deskovic, Neo-Renaissance building on the Split waterfront in the heart of Split. As one of the objects under UNESCO protection in the old part of town is the ideal starting point for urban cultural researchers. Sam House is located on the fourth floor of the palace, and consists of two double rooms and one with a double bed (with the possibility of placing an extra bed and baby cot), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The entire space is air conditioned, and guests can use wireless internet and cable television. For those coming by car, parking is possible within the entire building, and within 350m are main bus and train station and ferry port. The station city bus line that goes to the beach is 30tak meters from the entrance to the palace. The narrow neighborhood you will find many small inns with Dalmatian cuisine, cafes and restaurants, and off you a few steps west and east of the building - you will find yourself among the medieval stone houses and the famous Roman emperor's palace.
