In a family house, on the first floor, one apartment (40m2) is for rent. The apartment has a separate entrance and its own spacious terrace. The house is located in the very center of Srima, 60m from the shop and 80m from the sea. The beach with a blue flag is 150m away. The restaurant is 250m away. Apartment, 2 +1. It consists of: a spacious bedroom, kitchen - living room in one room, toilet with shower and a large terrace. The extra bed is a sofa in the living room (120 cm). Possibly, the extra bed can be placed in the bedroom, but in that case it is recommended that a younger child use it. The apartment is air-conditioned, not newly renovated, but functional.

In order to reserve an apartment, after checking availability and agreeing with the owner, it is necessary to pay 20% of the total agreed price as a deposit. The guest receives a confirmation for the deposit payment, and the amount of the deposit reduces the total rental price on the final invoice for the service. Entry to the apartment is after 2pm on the day of entry, and exit from the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. We wish you a pleasant stay in our house!

We were satisfied, a short walk to the sea, a nice terrace, equipment sufficient ... the owner is a nice lady, nothing was a problem for her.
My husband and I have been coming to this apartment for several years. We are very satisfied with the apartment and the hospitality of the owners, especially with Mrs. Milena. If we needed anything, she also served us. Especially on the last day, it meant a lot to us that we could have the car parked, take a shower and chat with Mrs. Milena before we left for the road. The sea and the beach are very close and a nice calm place for rest and relaxation. We look forward to returning every year.

I have been visiting this apartment for several years and we are very satisfied with it. it is close to the sea and to the beach. they also have air conditioning and internet (wifi), most of all we like privacy and sitting on the terrace and sea view. People if you want a vacation from hell you are in the right place. The apartment was not clean, ants were springing up from the stocks, a refrigerator full of fungi with torn rubber, a dishwasher only runs a quick rinse program. You are not allowed to eat in the apartment. And when you pick yourself up and say you don't want to, you get an insult that I'm ashamed to repeat.

It is to be expected that a person leaves his comment with his full name and thus takes responsibility for everything written. The guest expressed her dissatisfaction when she left when the bill had to be settled. Certainly there were no complaints during our stay because we would certainly react immediately. This is the first negative comment in 35 years of hosting and the first guests to leave without paying for accommodation. This situation will not jeopardize our trust in people, but we will strive to be even better - our future guests and we look forward to seeing you in our home!
