Registration and fees: The tourist tax and one-time registration of guests are included in the accommodation price. Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Damage and house rules: The damage deposit is not charged in advance, but the guest is obliged to fully pay for any damage caused by intentional negligence or carelessness. It is mandatory to respect the night peace from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask guests to turn off the air conditioning and all unnecessary appliances and lighting when leaving the apartment. Pets are allowed only with prior agreement. Smoking is prohibited in the building (permitted on the balcony).
