The apartments are located in a house that is in the first row to the beach, about 10 m from the beach. We have two-room, one-room and studio apartments for 2-5 people. The most comfortable and largest apartment has 2 separate bedrooms + a living room with a sofa, a separate kitchen with a dining room and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The terrace can be accessed from the living room or from the dining room. It has a bathroom with a toilet and another additional toilet. There is a parking lot in front of the house in the fenced yard. The beach is in front of the house, which is shallow and suitable for children and adults. It is fenced with buoys for bathers and is shaded by rows of tamarisk trees. It is concreted for comfortable sitting, lying or sunbathing. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a reputable restaurant (20 m) and in the vicinity there are a dozen more restaurants and cafes, pastry shops and stores for bathing and beach equipment. Nearby there are also 2 food stores, Konzum and Tommy, about 200 m away. The center of Srima is about 200 m away. it is about 2 km to the center of Vodice, suitable for walking.

Payment is made exclusively in cash in euros upon arrival at the apartment minus the amount of the advance payment that must be paid for the reservation of the apartment. The minimum advance payment is 150 euros, which is paid to our giro bank account and depends on the length of stay. Entry to the apartment is possible after 2 pm, and departure must be by 9 am. The use of air conditioning is not included in the price and it is paid separately for 5 euros per day if you want to use it. An additional person pays 5 euros per day. A short stay of up to 3 days is paid at an increased rate of 30%. We do not provide towels for the bathroom or for the beach, nor do we provide personal hygiene products, so guests are asked to bring these with them. We cannot accept people in wheelchairs or people with infectious and skin diseases. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
Residential tax is included in price.We do not refund the advance payment if the guest does not come to the apartment or does not accept the reserved apartment upon arrival.

I found them through an apartment hr. called apartments Ilijaš, but in fact they are apartments Nika. Very dirty, the bedsheets were stained, the blanket on the extra bed was full of hair, stains, holes - my dog outside has a cleaner surface. The mattress was covered with an ancient blanket, I didn't dare lift it to see what was underneath, cobwebs on the walls, the bed frame, about which the owner said: "the woman who cleans left half an hour ago, normally a new cobweb would have already been made". Like, yes, maybe one spider, but not walls full of grey cobwebs, which have been there since last season. She wanted to lower the price by €4 per day, but there's no way we would stay even if it was free. She says about the bedding and pink sheets that they are "boiled in a kettle (!?) and dried in the bora and sun and that it is just disinfection 🤦♀️ the stove is full of grease, the dishes are dirty...yuck. And she mockingly says where will you find such a sea breeze and accommodation now (it was Friday, and the shift is from Saturday). The sea breeze is useless, when the smell inside I don't even know how to describe it. The only plus is the proximity to the beach. We left even though I am pregnant and have a small child, then she started shouting that we had damaged her, that she would now find someone, and she didn't return the €200 deposit.
