New house where the owners also live. The apartments have a separate entrance, the larger apartment is upstairs and the smaller one bedroom is on the ground floor. With 4 people in a larger apartment, and 2 people in a smaller apartment, it is possible to accept a child up to 2 years of age. The beaches are very close so you can go to the beach in a bathing suit. There are restaurants, cafes and small shops all over the place. The parking lot is in a closed yard, and as the owners live in another part of the house they are constantly at their service either for information or some other type of service.

Payment and terms
By agreement, it is necessary to pay an advance so that we can book the dates that the guest is looking for. The amount of the advance can be agreed. The ideal time of arrival is 14 hours and departure until 10 hours. If the apartments have free dates by arrangement, it is possible to change the schedule, and if the apartment is free the next day, we know how to reward guests with one free day.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
If the guest who booked the appointment has a problem due to which he cannot use the vacation in our apartments, the entire amount of the advance payment will be refunded. In doing so, we ask the guest to let us know about the cancellation of their stay with us a few days earlier so that we can open apartments for other guests.

After retiring, I moved with my wife from Šibenik to Srima, where I built a house with 2 apartments. I spent my entire working life working in shipbuilding. I played football quite actively, and even more tennis in my club TK Šubičevac, and I still play tennis today. Srima is suitable for riding the bike that my wife and I ride every day.
