All 4 apartments use a private beach in front of the house with deck chairs and a shower, and pine shade. 1. Apartment A4+2 on the ground floor of a romantic house, first row to the sea (10 m). It has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has access to its own large terrace with a beautiful sea view. Ideal for a family with children and also for a group of up to 5 friends. It is possible to rent apartment A4+1 on the first floor in the same house and use the entire house. 2. Apartment A4+1 on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and an extra bed in the living room. It has a balcony with a fabulous view and a private terrace of 20m2. 3. The studio apartment is located in another smaller house, in the garden, behind the first house, 30 meters from the sea. 4. Apartment A2+2 is located in another smaller house, in the garden, behind the first house, 30 meters from the sea. Peace and privacy, especially in June and September, are the advantages of these apartments, which many have said are like heaven on earth. Pets are not allowed (small dogs up to 7kg on request)

Concrete beach The price includes welcome coffee, chilled water for refreshment after the trip. A private mooring for a boat is located in front of the apartment and is included in the price, as well as 2 parking spaces. The beach chairs are cleaned in the evening and prepared in the morning by the host. All apartments are air-conditioned and have a dishwasher, TV and small household appliances.

We stayed for seven days in an apartment in a smaller house. The biggest advantage of the accommodation is definitely the excellent location - the sea is very close, and the private beach with deck chairs and natural shade is a big plus. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and the surroundings are peaceful and pleasant, especially for families with children. The bedding, bathroom, and dishes were clean. However, during our stay, while looking for children's toys under the furniture, we found leftover trash and pieces of cellophane from previous guests, which shows that the cleaning was not thorough enough. Unfortunately, during our entire stay, the Wi-Fi did not work in the apartment or around the house. We also noticed after a few days that there was a problem with the hot water. After bathing two small children, the hot water would start to disappear, so one adult could shower with barely lukewarm water, while the other had to shower with completely cold water. We understand that the water heater may not be large, but it is not common to then wait up to two hours for the water to heat up again. There is clearly a problem that needs to be solved. The biggest disappointment, however, was not the lack of Wi-Fi or the problem with hot water, but the owner's reaction. When we left, we calmly brought the aforementioned shortcomings to her attention, expecting at least an apology or understanding. Instead, we received a response that €130 per night was not much because her apartments in the first row to the sea cost €200. We believe that such a response is not appropriate. The location and private beach certainly justify the higher price, but functional Wi-Fi and reliable hot water are not luxuries, but basic standards that every guest rightly expects. It's a shame, because with a little more understanding and a more professional attitude towards guests, the overall impression could have been much better.
