Distance from the sea 5 minutes walk, from the town center 10 minutes walk. Near 30 m free football-basketball court. In the resort there is a large promenade with the possibility to walk around the sandy beach inside the bay. Exterior of the house, parking provided with video surveillance system. Each apartment has its own kitchen, toilet, iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, smart tv, air conditioning.

We enjoyed an excellent accommodation at Apartman Nakic and we\'ll choose it again whenever we\'ll be back in Croatia. Our hosts exceeded our expectations in all possible ways - they were incredibly warm, thoughtful and helpful with everything we needed and beyond. The apartment is within a brand new house with all required modern equipment (including a grill outside of the house, we used it a few times to cook fish. It was delicious!), tasteful design and a lovely small garden in the backyard. It is situated in a peaceful, calm place just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nearby there is also a great pizzeria Margharita (piza Domaca is simply the best pizza we have ever tried). You can\'t find a better place to stay with kids. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody who want to get rest from cities\' noise and rush.

We have just returned from a short trip to Croatia. Because we travel with 2 small children (1 of almost 3 years and 1 of 10 months) it was quite difficult to find a suitable apartment near the beach. In the end we found an apartment here. We were received very friendly, even though it was already 10 pm in the evening. Apartment very spacious and really good clean. 2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed each, and a sofa bed in the living room. Apartment with a good air conditioning and very good blackout curtains. Great kitchen with hob, large freezer and large fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom with shower with good hot water and enough pressure! We did have a rental car but the apartment is really within walking distance of the beach. Good pizzeria 150 meters from the apartment, also in the center of Stobrec plenty of nice eateries. The big advantage for us was that the owner had a camp bed and high chair for us since we could not take this on the plane. We also saw the smaller apartment and it was very clean and great for a small family (1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room). If we ever go to Croatia again we will definitely come back to the Nakic family!

We spent the first time in Stobrec with the family Nakić. The apartment is newly renovated, very neat and equipped with amenities and appliances from hair dryers to the washing machine. The hostess is very accessible and open and strives for its guests. The apartment is within easy reach of the beach so you do not have to walk long enough, especially if you have small children. We would recommend apartments Nakić for the kindness and the effort of the housekeeper and the whole family, the beautiful apartments and the beaches, as well as the peaceful place that perfectly suits families with children.

This year my boyfriend and I asked for the apartment later than otherwise because we could not match the free days. We did not expect to find such an apartment. When we arrived we were really pleasantly surprised. We were in a lot of apartments and no one can be measured with such purity and neatness. Everything is new, air conditioned and access to wi-fi. The beach we preferred was more peaceful and made for vacation. Everyone honors the owners in all things, in purity, orderliness and above all great kindness! Just continue this way!

I highly recommend Apartments Nakic. This year, I and my boyfriend spent a wonderful vacation here. Owners of the apartment are excellent people, whatever you need to offer them right away. They are attainable in all respects. Apartment new, modernly equipped, has air conditioning. There are several types of beaches nearby, and there are showers and drinking water on the beach. In Stobrec you have a shop, bars, bakery, restaurants, a tobacco shop, a currency exchange office in general, everything you need in one place. In the evenings there is something going on in the city all the time. The place is for both young people and those who love peace. I really recommend a super apartment and a place to relax. We warmly recommend apartments Nakić that are new, clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful vacation. The beach is located three minutes from the apartment and no crowds! The new beach is also close to the showers and restaurants. The pizzeria, the restaurant is minutes away from the apartment and other shops are in the center which is 5 minutes from the house! If you do not want to go to Split, park your car in the shade at the parking lot at home and forget where you left the keys! Hosts are a "special story", friendly and available for 24 hours for whatever you need. The view from the apartment is on the garden of domestic vegetables with which our hosts have been staying throughout our stay. The yard is wonderful and available as well as barbecue. For those who like a bit of recreation they also have bikes that can be rented for 10 € a day. All in all we are delighted with the stay and the host's attitude towards us and would warmly recommend to anyone who intends to spend their vacation on the Adriatic. Hello from Zeherović!

The beach is ideal for families with small children as we were, and again the other for those who like loneliness. An excellent apartment for people looking for peace. Great place to rest. The apartment is new and beautiful, as can be seen in the photos. Comfortable, exceptionally well-equipped, clean and tidy. It is located 5 minutes walk from the beach. A 5-minute walk away is the center where there are restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, and everything else. Everything is within reach. We have only words of praise for the hosts. They are available all the time. Very friendly people, first and foremost endearing. We recommend everyone.
